摘要
目的:研究术中人性化护理运用在手术室护理中的临床效果。方法:将我院2010年2月～2011年6月间收治的接受外科手术的90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者在手术过程中使用人性化护理,对照组患者进行常规的术前准备、宣教和护理,对两组患者焦虑情况(SAS量表)及进入手术室后患者血压、心率情况等进行统计和分析。结果:接受护理前两组患者SAS评分及血压、心率等指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组SAS评分、血压及心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室中运用人性化护理能有效降低患者焦虑程度,减少血压和心率波动,使患者在接受手术时处于一种更加稳定的状态。
Objective： To study the application of humanized nursing during surgery. Methods：A total of 90 cases with surgery during 2010 February - 2011 June were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group received humanized nursing, while patients in control group had conventional nursing. Anxiety status of patients, blood pressure, heart rate were recorded and analyzed. Results： Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS score, blood pressure or heart rate between two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. The SAS score , blood pressure and heart rate of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Oenclusions. In the operation room, humanized nursing care can effectively reduce the anxiety degree, reduce blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations, and is helpful in keeping patients in a more stable state.
