摘要
现阶段成人学历教育的变化主要体现在由专科与本科层次的学历教育向本科与研究生层次的学历教育发展,办学机构由原来的以成人高校为主向成人高校与普通高校并存的方向发展。面对成人学历教育的新情况,我们首先应当认识到成人学历教育不再局限于过去,认识到成人学历教育正在向研究生层次发展,参加学习的成人以及所在单位都要处理好成人本科后的继续教育与工作的关系。
The main change of the present adult education is that the academic education has developed from regular college course to post graduatecourses, and the education organization has changed from the adult colleges to the regular universities. So we must realize the new condition that the adult post graduate education is no longer limited and it has developed to the post graduate education. Both the adult students and the enterprise must handle the relations with the works and the continue education after colleges.
