摘要
在磷酸介质中,以盐酸氯丙嗪为光谱探针,分光光度法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)。结果表明:室温下氯丙嗪-BPO体系在530nm波长处有最大吸收,表观摩尔吸光系数ε530=1.6×104L.mol-1.cm-1,BPO含量在1.0×10-4~4.0×10-3mg.mL-1范围内符合Beer定律。检出限为5.0×10-5mg.mL-1,加标回收率为96.5%~101%,RSD为1.8%~3.2%,该法简便易行,适用于测定面粉中微量BPO。
A new oxidation system in phosphoric acid solution,with ehlorpromazine(CPH) as the spectral probe was proposed for determination of benzoyl peroxide(BPO) in flour. Results indicated that this CPH-BPO had an absorption maximum at 530nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient was 1.6x104L . mo1-1 .cm-1 ,Beer's law was obeyed within the concentration of 1.0x10-4 to 4. 0x10-3 mg .mL-1. The BPO detection limit by this method was 5.0xl0-5 mg . mL-1. The spike recoveries were between 96. 5% 101% , and the RSD were between 1.8% -3.2%. Due to its easy operation and high recovery, this method could be applied directly to analyze trace benzoyl peroxide in flour.
