摘要
目的初步探讨中药荔枝核复方对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠90只分为4组,即正常组、模型组,荔枝核复方组、盐酸二甲双胍组。除正常组外,均采用四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病小鼠,造模成功后,荔枝核复方组、盐酸二甲双胍组分别给予荔枝核复方液和盐酸二甲双胍药物灌服,1次/d,正常组与模型组给予蒸馏水灌服,1次/d,连续7 d。分别测定造模前、给药前、给药后各组小鼠血糖含量。实验末采血测定小鼠总胆固醇及三酰甘油含量。结果实验造模成功。荔枝核复方组、盐酸二甲双胍组给药后血糖明显降低(P<0.01);降糖率分别达36.42%和38.00%。此外,荔枝核复方组能显著降低三酰甘油含量(P<0.05)。总胆固醇值各组间无明显差异。结论荔枝核复方能降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、三酰甘油的含量。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect on the blood glucose levels and lipids levels from Litchi nucleus compound on diabetic mouse model. Methods The alloxan was used on establishing the diabetic mouse model. There were four groups of the normal group, model group, Litcbi nucleus compound group and metformin hydrochloride group. Litchi nucleus compound and metformin hydrochloride group were respectively drug deliver by gavage, normal group and model group were given distilled water, all groups were 1 time/d, continuous 7 days. The blood glucose levels were measured by before modeling, before given drug and after given drug. The total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were determined at the end of experimental. Results Experimental model was successful. Litchi nucleus compound and metformin hydrochloride were reduced the blood glucose levels of diabetic mouse (P 〈 0.01), and the reduction rates were 36.42%, 38.00% respectively. In addition Litchi nucleus compound could significantly reduced the triglyceride content (P 〈 0.05). The total cholesterol levels were no difference between this groups. Conclusion The Litchi nucleus compound can reduce the blood glucose and triglyceride levels on diabetic mouse model.
