摘要
目的 探讨对儿科门诊输液室实施优质护理服务后患者满意度的影响。方法 回顾性抽取优质护理服务前的300例儿科门诊输液室患者满意度调查表,并将其作为对照组;抽取实施优质护理服务后的300例儿科门诊输液室患者满意度调查表作为观察组,比较两组患儿及家属的满意度。结果 观察组满意度达96%,对照组满意度70%,观察组满意度明显优于对照组。结论 对儿科门诊输液室患者实施优质护理干预措施,能显著改善护理服务质量,大大提高了患儿及家属的满意度。
Objective To explore the high quality nursing service's influence on the satisfaction of patient in paediatric clinic transfusion room through the implementation of highly qualified nursing service. Methods 600 child cases were randomly divided into two groups, one is for observation, another is for contrast. Both groups are questionnaire surveyed to compare the differences in the satisfactory of patients and their parents. Results The satisfaction from observation group reaches 96%, and from the control group is 70%, the satisfactory of observation group is obvious higher than contrast group. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing intervening measures in paediatric clinic transfusion room can markedly improve nursing service, also improve the children and the families' satisfaction.
