摘要
分析急诊观察室护士在执行临时医嘱中存在的问题,提出改进措施。通过规范护士执行临时医嘱的工作程序,强调记录、执行时间的重要性,促使护士在保证观察室患者得到及时治疗的同时,自觉记录执行时间并签字,以确保急诊观察室治疗、护理工作依法进行。
This article analyzed the problems in the implementation of doctor＇ s temporary orders in observation room of emergency department, and proposed some improvement measures, such as standardizing the working procedure of the implementation of temporary orders, emphasizing the importance of recording the time of implementation, urging the nurses to record the time of implementation and sign in time, so as to ensure the treatment and nursing work to the implemented according to the law.
