摘要
在一定程度上,制度是一种应对具体问题的行为选择的物化结果。以理性主义为理论基础的"经济人"模式重视理性预期对行为的决定作用,而以建构主义为理论基础的"社会人"模式强调认知结构对行为的建构作用。本文尝试把理性主义模式有机地融合到比较宽泛的建构主义模式之中,再以此为基础,阐述环境问题领域中的制度和行为的相互关系,并提出对环境制度建构的非经济价值思考。
To some degree,the construction of institutions is a behavioral choice to deal with concrete issuses.The model of ＂economic man＂,based on the methodological individualism,focuses on the determinative influence of rational anticipation on behavioral choices,while the model of ＂social man＂,based on the methodological constructivism,stresses on the normative influence of cognitive structure on behavioral choices.This paper integrates the individualistic model into the wider perspective of constructivist model,and then from the integrated perspective,illustrates interaction of institutional construction and behavioral choice in the environmental area,making a non-economic valuation of the construction of environmental institutions.
