摘要
金相分析发现传动辊出现显微裂纹是NbC夹杂物导致的。只有适当提高加热温度,延长保温时间,确保NbC夹杂物充分溶入奥氏体基体,才能有效消除传动辊裂纹缺陷。
The metallurgical analysis shows that the microcrack of driving roller is caused by NbC inclusion. The crack defects of driving roller can be eliminated effectively by increasing heating temperature and prolonging holding time which ensures NbC inclusion to be dissolved into austenite matrix.
