摘要
通过对斯太尔摩运输辊道第一段主传动辊事故截面的强度校核和对现场实际情况地仔细研究,分析了断裂的原因,并结合实际工况进行了设计计算,提出了可行的改造方案并实施,实践证明改造非常成功。
The reasons of rupture are analyzed by checking the strength of sectional area on the first SM driving roller where there is an accident,and studying the actual situations.Moreover,the design calculation is carried out combining with actual working conditions,as well as the feasible scheme of reconstruction is put forward and implemented,which has been proved to be successful in practices.
