一种抗老化绝缘油对绝缘纸热老化影响及原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过在90℃和110℃下的264天的热老化试验,研究了所研制的抗老化绝缘油和纸组成的油-纸绝缘热老化特性,包括油的颜色、糠醛浓度、微水含量以及绝缘纸聚合度、纸中酸值等重要参数的变化规律,结果表明该油既能提高油本身的抗老化性能,又能明显抑制绝缘纸老化,并提出了所研制的抗老化油的抗老化机制。该文首次在分子层面上提出抗老化油具有束缚水分子的作用;用红外光谱证明了该油通过酯交换反应抑制绝缘纸热应力下的水解作用;首次提出了酯交换反应和酯中羰基氧原子与水分子形成氢键具有联合抗老化能力。 The properties of antioxidation oil paper insulation were studied through 264 days' thermal aging experiment under 90~C and ll0~C, including the color of the oil, the furfural concentration in the oil, water concentration, degree of polymerization and acid concentration in the paper. And the results show that the antioxidation oil can not only restrain the oil oxidation itself, but also can restrain the aging of the paper immersed in the oil. Mechanisms of antioxidation oil paper insulation are studied. At the molecule level, this paper shows the anti-aging oil mixed has bounding water molecules ability. The esterification is proved by infrared spectrum analysis. It can restrain the hydrolysis under the thermal stress. The esterification and the hydrogen bond between oxygen atom in the ester has combination antioxidation ability.
