摘要
为准确评估油纸绝缘的老化程度和剩余寿命,对油纸绝缘电热联合老化试验后利用Weibull概率分布统计分析多次试验得到的击穿寿命,求得平均寿命,并对多种电热联合老化寿命模型多元回归,估计参数,验证与比较,得出FALLOU多因子模型为最适合油纸绝缘的寿命模型。
Lifetime models study of electrical insulation is always a hot topic studied by researchers all over the world. In this'paper an electro-thermal aging test is used in oil-paper insulation, and the Weibull model is used to lifetime statistic. This paper uses several models to fit test data and calculates the lifetime, at last, analyzes and compares these models to find the fittest life model in oil-paper insulation.
