摘要
高校的基建管理工作是一项专业性强、技术程度高、管理复杂的系统工程.本文就甲方项目制管理模式下,在高校基建管理中如何科学、合理的规划设计、招投标、组织和监管施工进行了探索性研究,并提出了如何强化高校基建管理工作的具体措施和相关建议.
Capital construction management is a system engineering which has the following character- istics,stronger speciality, higher technical degree and complicated management. In this paper, how to scientifically and reasonably design,bid and engineer construction in the project management mode in colleges and universities were discussed. At the same time, the specific measures and suggestions how to strengthen the management of capital construction in colleges and universities was put forward.
