摘要 通过学习"国家中长期教育改革发展纲要"和胡锦涛在清华大学百年校庆讲话,对多媒体教学,以及以学生为主体,以教师为主导的教学理念和教师的人格魅力三者关系及其内在联系进行研究。从三个方面阐明了以下内容,一是多媒体教学具有革命性的发展变化,表现为增加了教学的信息量;激活了教学内容;提高了教学效率;改善了教学环境。二是指出了多媒体的不足与缺憾,表现为多媒体教学硬件不足;教师制作和操作多媒体能力水平不高;多媒体与教学内容失当,教师被边缘化。三是充分发挥教师的学识和人格魅力,表现为:坚定教学方向忠诚教育事业;博大精深,学而不厌;教书育人,诲人不倦;淡泊名利,坚持真理。 By learning "Guidelines of the National Program for Medium - and Long - Term Educational Reform and Development Learning" and the speech in one hundred anniversary of Tsinghua University By President Hu Jintao, the article studies the relations and internal relations among multimedia teaching, the teaching idea with the students playing the key role and the teacher pla- ying the predominance role, and teachers" personality charm. Firstly, the multimedia teaching changes with revolutionary develop- ment, showing increasing teaching of information; activating teaching content; improving teaching efficiency and teaching environ- ment. Secondly, it pointes out the inadequacies and deficiency of multimedia, showing the teaching hardware of multimedia is in- sufficient ; level of ability to make and operate multimedia is not high ; multimedia and teaching content is improper, the teacher is marginalized. Thirdly, it gives full play to the teachers' knowledge and personality charm, showing the teacher should firm the direction of education, be loyal to educational cause, be the broad and profound and insatiable in learning, impart knowledge and educate people, be tireless in teaching, be indifferent to fame and wealth, and stick to the truth.
