摘要
志愿服务是当今社会文明发展程度的重要标志,是公众参与社会活动中去的有效途径。志愿精神培育旨在通过一定的教育方式,培育公众的志愿精神,培养公众的社会责任感,使之树立现代公民意识。志愿精神的培育关系到我国志愿服务事业的发展、我国社会问题的解决及我国高素质青年的培养。因此需要让公众了解及接受志愿精神的价值体系、了解及内化志愿精神所包含的要素、培育公众的社会责任意识,从而促进志愿精神内化为公众的价值追求。
Voluntary service is the important symbol of the degree of the modem civilization and is the effective way for the public to participate in social activities. The purpose of the cultivation of voluntary spirit is fostering the public＇ s voluntary spirit, cultivating the public＇ s social responsibility, and setting up modem citizen consciousness. The cultivation of the voluntary spirit is related to the development of the voluntary service in China, the solution of the society＇ s problems and cultivating high quality of youth. So it is need for the public to understanding the value system of the voluntary spirit, understanding and internalizing elements the voluntary spirit contained, cultivating the social responsibility of public consciousness, so as to promoting the voluntary spirit into the value of the public.
