摘要
在我国社会转型时期,志愿精神对实现国家、市场和社会三者的互动治理具有十分关键的作用。针对我国目前志愿精神发展的现状,政府应在加强社会教育,完善相关法律规范,建立竞争、激励机制等方面承担起责任。
In the transition period in China, the voluntary spirit has a very crucial role for realizing the interaction management among government, market and civil society. Given China＇s current status of development of the voluntary spirit, the government should bear responsibility to strengthen public education, improve correlative laws and regulations and establish competition and Incentive mechanisms.
