摘要
油田中针对油水井进行封窜、堵漏或进行化学封堵施工时,一般采用K344桥塞进行封堵,这种封堵工艺管柱风险很大,可能出现"插旗杆、灌香肠"等恶性事故,同时存在堵剂可能出现返吐,影响封堵效果的问题。为解决以上问题,特进行了油水井插管式封堵管柱的研究。利用研制出的插管式可钻桥塞、坐封工具、插管和扶正器组成一种插管式封堵管柱。坐封工具与可钻桥塞相连,将其下入井底,并实现坐封和丢手。再下入插管打开桥塞的注灰通道,实现注灰。注灰后,可迅速上提插管,关闭注灰通道,防止堵剂返吐,有效避免了"插旗杆、灌香肠"等恶性事故。该工艺管柱现场应用效果良好,大大提高了封堵施工的安全性。
K344 bridge plug is commonly used to seal channeling,plug and chemical plugging.But the plugging method is easy to result in 'insert the flagpole' and 'fill the sausage' risks,meanwhile the blocking agent may reture from the formation which affects the effectiveness of blocking.To solve the above problems,the intubation-type sealing pipe was researched.The pipe string consists of an intubation-type drillable bridge plug,a setting tool,an intubation and a centralizer.The setting tool could set and release the intubation-type drillable bridge plug in downhole.The intubation could open the bridge plug's fill channel,after the injection lost circulation additive,the intubation was pulled out at once and the bridge plug's fill channel was closed to avoid the accident such as 'insert the flagpole' and 'fill the sausage'.Through field application,the operation effect of this pipe string was better and the blocking security has been improved.
