摘要
文章认为,出自中国国情的渐进式的城市土地制度改革,无疑在一定历史条件和时代背景下缓解了不少社会经济发展中的难点,但这种短期性的权宜之计有悖于土地市场的良性发育,它有可能会破坏长期性的经济发展和城市规划.笔者在对其成因的历程及今后的走向作了深刻的分析后指出,要有效地制止这种发展趋势,尽快强化城市土地市场的机制。
The reform of urban land use system in China has undoubtedly reduced the difficulties in social and economic development, but the short-term expedient disobeys the optimum development of the land market. Based on the analysis of the cause and trend of this phenomenon, it points out to consolidate the urban land market system as early as possible to prevent this trend effectively.
