摘要
毛囊完整的生理过程包括胚胎期毛囊形态发生和成熟体毛囊周期循环两部分。在胚胎发育中,由外胚层细胞发展而来的毛囊位置和形态特征已被决定,当毛囊定型后,毛囊受外界刺激的影响进入周期循环。毛囊周期由生长期、退行期及休止期三部分组成。毛囊的形态发生与周期循环的维持是在一系列复杂的信号传递通路的调控下进行的。这些信号通路包括Wnt信号通路、转化生长因子-β/骨形成蛋白信号通路、Hedgehog信号通路、FGF信号通路、Notch信号通路以及表皮生长因子信号通路等。
The complete physiological process of hair follicles consists of two basic phases, i.e., embryo follicle morphogenesis and mature hair follicle cycling. Hair follicles come from ectoderm cells. Besides, the location and morphological characteristics of hair follicles have been determined during the process of embryonic development. Once the hair follicle is formed, it goes into the cycling following external stimuli. Hair follicle cycling includes anagen, catagen and telogen. Generally, the morphogenesis and maintenance of cycling of follicles are regulated by a series of complicated signaling pathways, including Wnt, transforming growth factor-β/bone morphogenetic protein, Hedgehog, fibroblast growth factor, Notch, epidermal growth factor, and so on.
