摘要
随着工作倦怠研究的日益深化,国内外学者纷纷把目光投向学习倦怠的研究上,其中对学习倦怠的结构维度进行了广泛的探讨。本文概述、比较了近年来国内外学习倦怠结构维度研究的新进展,并展望今后学习倦怠问题研究的趋势:准确界定学习倦怠、重视学习倦怠结构维度的研究、加强对学习倦怠干预手段的研究、从积极心理学视角研究学习倦怠。同时提出了几个值得思考的问题:测量工作倦怠的工具能移植至学习倦怠的研究吗?如今我国普遍存在的,是"学习倦怠"还是"学习颓废"呢?学习倦怠在不同年级有着不同的结构维度吗?
As the study of job burnout being developed,people started to focus on the study of academic burnout,especially the research on its dimensionality.This paper overviews and compares the new developments of the research on academic burnout's dimensionality at home and abroad,and looks forward to the future of academic burnout's study:To define academic burnout exactly,To pay attention to the research on academic burnout's dimensionality,To study the methods of solving academic burnout,To study academic burnout by positive psychology.Meanwhile this paper raises several questions:Can the tool of job burnout's measure be transplanted to the study of academic burnout? In China,which phenomenon is more popular? Academic burnout or academic decadency? Is the dimensionality of academic burnout different from grades?
