摘要
基于青岛海洋大气腐蚀试验站涂层腐蚀破坏数据和室内加速腐蚀试验数据,对海湾大桥钢箱梁外表面涂层体系进行寿命分析。结果表明,钢箱梁外表面热喷涂锌铝合金复合涂层的使用寿命应超过27年,可以满足海湾大桥涂层体系25年的防腐蚀寿命要求。
Based on the exposure and inside corrosion test data of coatings in Qingdao marine environment,the anti-corrosion life of coating system on the outer surface of steel box beam of bay bridge was analyzed.The results show that the service life of zinc-aluminum alloy complex coatings prepared by thermal spraying may exceed 27 years,meeting the requirements of 25 years service life of bay bridge＇s coating system.
