摘要
本文以凡客诚品为例,对网上零售企业营销策略进行分析,并且提出优化对策。通过SWOT、4P等方式分析凡客诚品的成功原因,以及发现其运营过程中存在的问题并找出优化策略。
Taking VANCL for example,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy of the online retail enterprise,and proposes the optimization countermeasures.The reasons for the success of VANCL are analyzed through the SWOT,4P,and other ways,and the problems in the course of its operations are discovered to identify the optimization strategy.
