摘要
辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。目前高校辅导员普遍存在职业认同感弱、流动性大的现象。各高校可通过提高辅导员职业幸福感、职业归属感以及职业成就感等途径，增强其职业认同感。
Counselors are the backbone of carrying out the ideological and political education. There is a phe- nomenon that counselors in colleges have a weak professional identity and that counselors＇ job-hop is quite frequent. Vocational colleges can enhance their professional identity by improving their sense of professional happiness,sense of professional belongings as well as sense of professional achievement.
