摘要
目的探讨皮肌炎(DM)和多发性肌炎(PM)的临床表现及辅助检查的特点。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2011年10月住院的25例DM/PM患者的临床表现以及实验室检查、胸部CT、肌电图等检查。结果 DM/PM临床表现多样,以特征性皮疹和肌肉症状、肺部病变为主。抗核抗体滴度与肌酸激酶水平呈正相关。重叠其他结缔组织疾病DM发生肾损害的可能性高。结论对DM/PM患者需要进行完整的临床、实验室及仪器检查,以深入了解病情,从而为诊断及治疗提供依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and the results of assistant examination in dermatomyositis（DM）and polymyositis（PM）patients.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 25 DM/PM patients who were admitted to the hospital from August 2007 to October 2011 about the clinical manifestation,laboratory test,chest CT and EMG etc.Results The clinical manifestations in 25 DM/PM patients were various.mainly represented by characteristic rash,muscles inflammation and lung disease.There are positive correlation between creatine kinase level and antinuclear antibodies（ANA）.The kidney involvement is more often seen in the DM patients accompanied with other connective diseases.Conclusion Thorough examinations for DM/PM patients through clinical,lab and medical equipment methods are needed to better understand the situation providing basis for the diagnosis and treatment.
