摘要
"职业导师制"的培养模式对师范院校本科生培养具有十分重要的借鉴应用意义。通过"职业导师制"能有效传授有关教学实践能力的默会知识。贵州师范学院经济与政治学院对师范类本科生实施的"职业导师制"培养模式进行探索,取得了良好的效果。
The training model of "tutorial system" provides a rather important reference for training undergraduates in teachers' colleges and universities.It can effectively impart tacit knowledge about teaching practice.Good effects have been achieved in the practice of tutorial system for the students in School of Economics and Political Science of Guizhou Normal College.
