摘要 目的 :研制以盐酸芦氟沙星为主药的霜剂。方法 :拟定处方组成与制备工艺 ,使用紫外分光光度法测定含量 ,进行稳定性实验。结果 :处方设计合理 ,制备工艺可行 ;盐酸芦氟沙星测定的标准曲线为C =37.6 2 8A + 0 .0 81 5 7,r =0 .9995 ,平均回收率 99.5 7% ,RSD 0 .2 6 %。结论 :该霜剂处方合理 。 Objective:To prepare rufloxacin hydrochloride cream. Methods:The composition of recipe and manufacturing technique were designed. The content of rufloxacin hydrochloride was determined by UV spectrophotometry and stability tests were carried out. Results:The designation of the recipe as reasonable and manufacturing technique was feasible, the recovery of rufloxacin hydrochloride was 99.57%. The stability tests of preparation showed not remarked change. Conclusion:The preparation is rational in formula and reliable in method of quality control.
