摘要
以涉及质子交换膜的中国专利数据为分析样本,从中国专利申请量、申请人、技术构成等多角度详细剖析了国内质子交换膜专利技术的整体发展状况。研究表明,美日韩为质子交换膜的专利申请主体,掌握了较为全面的燃料电池技术;而我国相对国外起步较晚,但在国内政策的大力支持下,涌现出一批质子交换膜领域的研发科研院所和企业,对我国在质子交换膜和燃料电池领域起到了很好的推动作用。建议国内企业和研究机构进一步加强产业合力,尽快实现整体突破,并充分借力于政策支持,紧跟科研前沿,继续推进和加快质子交换膜的研发步伐,大力构建自主的专利领地。
The distribution related to application numbers, applicants and technique of Chinese patents in the field of the proton exchange membrane were analyzed in detail based on the Chinese patent data. The research that the main bodies of the patent application in the field of proton exchange membrane were the America, Japan and Korea, who largely possessed the fuel cell technique. The domestic applicants got behind the oversea applicants at the beginning of research of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, but numerous patents of proton exchange membrane were applied by re- search institutes, universities and corporations, which effectively promoted the development of fuel cell. According to an advice that the cooperation supported by national policy between domestic corporations and institutes should be strength- ened, it should be tightly following the front of the international scientific research in order to set up independent intellec- tual property rights.
