摘要
目的对当归芍药散中芍药苷水提工艺进行考察。方法以芍药苷含量为评价指标,用高效液相色谱法进行分析测定,采用单因素试验考察加水倍量、提取时间对芍药苷提取率的影响。结果加12倍水,回流提取2h为较佳的单因素水平。结论加水倍量与提取时间水平的确定,为进一步正交试验优化当归芍药散提取工艺提供基础。
OBJECTIVE To study the water extraction technics of Paeoniflorin in Dangguishaoyao powder.METHODS Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC and the amount of water and the extraction time were investigated by single factor study.RESULTS Adding 12 times of the amout of water and reflux extraction 2h was the better single factor level.CONCLUSION The determining of the level about the amount of water and extraction time could provide the basis for the orthogonal test of the extraction of Dangguishaoyao powder.
