摘要
目的:建立尼美舒利醇质体中尼美舒利含量以及醇质体包封率的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定尼美舒利含量;采用葡聚糖凝胶法分离尼美舒利醇质体和游离药物以测定包封率。结果:尼美舒利在2～100μg.mL-1的范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率的范围100.01～100.80%,所测醇质体的平均包封率(92.12±0.13)%。结论:该方法准确可靠、简单快速、重复性好,可用于尼美舒利醇质体药物含量及包封率的测定。
Objective： To establish a method to determine the content and entrapment efficiency of nimesulide encapsulated in ethosomes. Methods： The HPLC analysis was carried out to determine the content of nimesulide. The nimesulide ethosomes and nimesulide were isolated by Gel -filtration for the entrapment efficiency determination. Results： The linear range of nimesulide was 2 - 100 μg .mL^- 1 （ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery range of nimesulide was 100.01 -100.80%. The average entrapment efficiency was （92.12 ±0.13）%. Conclusion： The method is simple, precise and replicable and can be used to determine the content of total nimesulide in ethosomes and entrapment efficiency.
