新型复合压裂稠化剂性能评价

摘要 以DPAM作为相渗改善剂,通过配制DPAM基压裂液体系、DPAM/HPG复合压裂液体系、DPAM/LWP复合压裂液体系,并进行配方优选,研制一种既可起到压裂液稠化剂的作用,又可改变储层的相渗特性,或者部分堵水,以达到控制水油比的新型压裂液稠化剂体系。结果表明,DPAM/HPG和DPAM/LWP复合体系,具有选择性改变相渗的特性,热稳定性和盐稳定性良好,随含水饱和度增加,水相渗透率大幅降低,油相渗透率改变较小,控水增油效果明显,对于油气井的高效开采具有重要的实践意义。 DPAM as the phase permeability improver,by preparing DPAM base fracturing fluid system,DPAM/HPG and DPAM/LWP composite fracturing fluid system,and developing a kind of formula,making a fracturing fluid thickening play the role of agent,also can change the reservoir permeability characteristics or part of plugging water in order to control the water oil ratio of the new fracturing fluid thickening agent system.The results showed that the DPAM/HPG and DPAM/LWP composite system,with selective alterations in permeability characteristics,thermal stability and salt stability is good,as water saturation increased,water phase permeability sharply reduced,oil permeability changed in smaller,water control and oil increment effect was obvious,for high efficiency mining of oil and gas wells it had important practice significance.
