摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸等为原料,用水溶液聚合法合成了一种压裂液用稠化剂(PAAM-16)并在室内研究了其性质。合成优化条件为:聚合温度60℃、聚合时间4 h、单体浓度20%、引发剂加量0.3%、p H=8以及单体配比(摩尔比)丙烯酰胺(AM)∶丙烯酸(AA)∶十六烷基烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(MJ-16)=84∶15∶1。对质量分数为0.8%的聚合物溶液性能评价结果表明,该稠化剂是一种典型的非牛顿流体,随着温度的上升,表观粘度逐渐下降,到90℃下仍能达到90 m Pa·s。在170 s-1下剪切3 h后,其粘度仍能达到153 m Pa·s;随着盐浓度的升高,聚合物的表观粘度先增大到180 m Pa·s,再缓慢降低至138 m Pa·s,表现出较强的抗盐性。
A cationic monomer,AM and AA as raw material,a hydrophobical association fracturing fluid gelatinizer was synthesized. The optimization condition of synthesis is the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,polymerization time is 4 h,the monomer ratio of AM,AA,MJ-16 is 84 ∶ 15 ∶ 1,the p H is 8,initiator amount is 0. 3%. Performance evaluation of the polymer solution whose mass fraction is 0. 8% show that it is a kind of typical non-newtonian fluid,as temperatures rise,the apparent viscosity decreased gradually,it still can achieve 90 m Pa·s in the 90 ℃. Keep shear under 170 s- 1after 3 h,its viscosity still can reach153 m Pa · s. With the increase of salt concentration,the apparent viscosity of polymer increases to180 m Pa·s at first,and then slow down to 138 m Pa·s,showed a strong salt resistance.
