摘要
高职院校毕业生的就业创业心理健康与否,会影响其对行业和岗位的选择,影响其对就业竞争的适应性和克服就业困难的承受能力,也会影响其对就业创业的信心等。本文从实际调查出发,研究了高职院校学生的心理素质现状,就业创业对学生心理素质的要求,在此基础上提出了高职院校对学生就业创业良好心理素质养成的策略。
Psychological health of vocational college graduates will influence the selection of industries and jobs, their employment adaptability to competition and capacity to overcome employment difficulties as well as their confidence in the employment. The article from actual survey, researches on the present situation of student＇s psychological quality in vocational colleges and business requirements for students＇ psychological quality of employment. On the basis mentioned, this paper proposes strategies to develop vocational college students＇ good employment psychological quality.
