摘要
文章对液压泵转子的成形工艺进行分析,提出在400t摩擦压力机上镦挤成形,同时时设计出一套适用性较强的组合模具,进行批生产。
In this paper,after the traditional forging preocss of the cylinder of the hydraulic pump was analyzed,a new extrusion technology on 400t friction press was proposed.Meanwhile ,a fairly feasible combined die was designed.
