摘要 针对半导体激光器自混合干涉系统进行了全面的实验观察 ,发现当激励低于激光器的阈值时 ,自混合干涉现象依然存在 ,此时干涉信号的调制深度最大 ,并作出了相应的理论分析。 A conclusion is drawn in the experiment, that the modulation depth of the signal is the maximum when the self mixing interference phenomenon exists in semiconductor lasers operating below threshold. It is also confirmed by theory analysis. This conclusion is distinct from previous papers.
