摘要
质量损失是由于产品的功能波动所造成的 ,损失大小可由质量函数确定 ,而此时产品功能的稳健性可由信噪比来衡量。因此 ,定量探讨二者之间的关系 ,对于正确应用田口技术 ,提高产品设计水平具有重要的意义。本文建立了二者之间的关系 ,并用实际事例进行了验证。同时基于统计技术理论证实了产品参数设计时信噪比越大 。
Quality loss results from product's performance variation. It can be measured by quality loss function. On the other hand, the product's performance robustness also can be estimated by SN ratio. Hence study on the relationship between them is very useful to understand the method and improve the level of product design. A mathematical formula between them is put forward in this paper. Based on statistical study, we also proved that in parameter design the bigger the SN ratio, the better the product's performance.
