摘要
针对公差设计较少考虑噪声因素的影响,提出了稳健公差设计方法.通过讨论统计约束函数简化过程中存在的不确定性因素及其影响,分析了可行稳健性设计的含义及必要性.给出包含噪声因素的一般公差设计模型,研究了统计约束函数的变差计算方法: 采用极值法计算其最大波动值或是采用统计分析法计算其方差,并将此变差作为附加约束条件,构建新的约束函数,得到了一种稳健的公差设计模型.公差设计实例及对比分析结果表明,该方法具有良好的抵抗噪声的能力,可显著提高设计的可行稳健性.
A new robust tolerance design method to maintain the robustness and feasibility under the effect of variations was proposed. Based on analysis of concept of feasibility robustness in tolerance design, the influence of noise parameters on tolerance design model was investigated. Two feasibility-modeling techniques for constraints analysis including worst-case method and statistic method were discussed. Using the variation of constraints studied by the robustness analysis, new constraint function was obtained and the robust tolerance design model was constructed. The simulation results show that compared with other methods, the proposed method is suitable and reliable, and leads to objective and reasonable conclusions.
