摘要
利用岩石学的方法从微观角度研究煤的显微组成、含量及分布状态,判断煤质,选择合理的加工方法。根据配合煤的镜质组反射率、活性组分与惰性组分百分含量及活惰比,指导炼焦配煤,预测焦炭强度和气孔率,为高炉炼铁生产提供合格的焦炭。
Based on the study with coal petrography about coal from microcosmic view in microstructure,content and distributing status,the quality of coal can be judged and a reasonable working method can be selected.According to the reflection coefficient,content percentages of active and inert components and ratio of active and inert components of blended coal,this method can be used to guide coking coal blending,predict coke strength and air hole ratio,and offer qualified coke for blast furnace.
