摘要
通过五种不同牌号煤的热重分析和热解各温度阶段的工业分析、元素分析,用多项式拟合可获得煤结焦过程中堆密度与温度的关系方程,并预测了炉料的真密度和焦炭的气孔率。
With the aid of the thermogravimetric analysis for five different coals as well as it's proximate analysis and ultimate analysis in each temperature stage of pyrolytic process,the relationships of the bulk density and temperature in coking process can be obtained by means of the multinomial fit.Futhermore,the true density of coal charge and porosity of coke are predicated.
