摘要
为适应当前社会对高素质医药卫生人才的需要,教师要更加重视教育教学质量,要更加重视培养学生的创新精神、实践能力、创新能力和创业能力。提高教师的药理学教学能力是提高医学院校教学质量的途径之一。更新教育思想观念、创新教育教学方法、改进教育教学评价和提高教师自身素质是行之有效的措施。
To meet the current social needs of high-quality medical and health talents,teachers should pay more attention to the quality of education,and pay more attention to develop students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability,innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability.To raise the teaching capabilities of teachers about pharmacology is one of the ways.To renew educational ideas,to innovative teaching methods,to improve the teaching evaluation and to improve teachers＇ quality are effective measures.
