摘要
简要介绍了小湾水电站坝体裂缝化学灌浆处理施工中孔的布置,钻孔的程序、参数确定及施工控制,孔和裂缝的冲洗,压水、灌浆参数确定及灌浆实施等,从检查孔取芯和压水结果显示,设计化学灌浆参数合理,灌浆效果良好。
In this paper, layout of grouting holes, procedures, parameter determination and construction control of drilling holes, washing and pumping test of grouting holes and cracks, grouting parameter determination and grouting operation of the chemical grouting for crack treatment of the double-curvature arch dam, Xiaowan Hydropower Station is briefed. Results of cores from inspection grouting hole and pumping test prove that reference of design of the chemical grouting is reasonable and routing effect is good accordingly.
