摘要
运用Creo中的Simulate模块对万向节叉头进行了三维复杂曲面建模、有限元结构分析和热分析、相关参数的灵敏度分析和结构优化设计,改进了叉头的结构尺寸,确定了最小位移变形量的最优设计参数,为万向节叉头的优化设计提供了定性及定量的技术依据。该方法也适用于其他类似复杂零部件的结构优化分析。
Based on simulation of Creo,a three-dimensional complex surface model,the finite element structural analysis and thermal analysis,sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters and structural optimal design were applied to the universal joint fork head.The structure sizes were improved and its optimal design parameters of minimum displacement deformation were determined.That provides the qualitative and quantitative technical basis for the universal joint fork optimized design.This method is also applicable to other similar structural optimization analysis of complex parts.
