摘要
该文旨在分析影响卧式加工中心空间误差的关键制造误差,为机床零件公差分配提供依据。用齐次坐标变换的方法建立了机床空间误差模型,分析了机床各轴几何误差在机床空间误差中的传递积累;用统计方法分析了直线进给轴制造误差对几何误差的影响,得到了直线进给轴几何误差公差分析的经验表达式。结合机床空间误差模型和单轴公差分析,计算得到了机床综合空间误差对各轴制造误差的敏感度。该方法可用于指导机床的公差分配,预测整机的空间误差。
The effects of manufacturing tolerances on a horizontal machining center(HMC) volumetric error were analyzed using a model accounting for geometric errors of the HMC derived using homogeneous coordinate transformations.The manufacturing tolerances were also related statistically to the geometric errors to deduce empirical formulas.These two models were then combined to determine the sensitivity of the volumetric error to the manufacturing tolerances.These sensitivities can be used to determine the machine tolerances.The combined model then can be used to evaluate the volumetric errors.
