摘要
通过采用卧式加工中心和自主设计的专用工装,某电子产品封装盒体在加工过程中的工序集中程度得到了很大的改善,使生产率提高的同时,缩短了工艺路线,减少了机床、操作人员和设备场地的投入,丰富了我国电子产品封装盒体的生产技术,并运用统计学的数据分析方法分析了技术改进对生产过程和产品质量的影响。
Through the use of horizontal machining center and self-designed special tooling,the process concentration of the box in the processing process is greatly improved,so that the productivity is improved,the process route is shortened,and the investment of machine tools,operator and equipment site are reduced.The domestic production technology of packaging boxes for electronic products is enriched.Statistical data analysis methods are used to analyze the impact of technological improvements on the production process and product quality.
