摘要
目的观察球旁注射5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)对糖尿病性白内障及白内障继发青光眼患者行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后前房炎性反应的疗效。方法对术后出现前房炎性反应的54例(61只眼),其中糖尿病性白内障患者36例(42只眼)、白内障继发青光眼患者18例(19只眼)早期行球旁注射5-Fu 5 mg联合地塞米松5mg,观察前房内纤维素渗出的吸收情况。结果轻度前房炎性反应者给予5-氟尿嘧啶5 mg+地塞米松5 mg球旁注射,1次/天,连续3 d后,41只眼中34只眼完全吸收,7只眼继续经隔日注射3次后完全吸收。较重前房炎性反应者给予5-Fu 5 mg+地塞米松5 mg球旁注射,1次/天,连续3 d后,14只眼中4只眼完全吸收,5只眼继续经隔日注射3次后完全吸收,5只眼继续经隔日注射3次后完全吸收。严重前房炎性反应者5-氟尿嘧啶5 mg+地塞米松5 mg球旁注射,1次/天,连续5 d后,6只眼中2只眼完全吸收,1只眼继续经隔日注射3次后完全吸收,3只眼继续经隔日注射3次后完全吸收。结论 5-Fu联合地塞米松球旁注射能有效促进前房纤维素性渗出物的吸收,且可以多次注射,不会引起角膜的损害。
Objective To observe the effects of periocular injection of 5-FU for anterior chamber inflammation in patients of diabetic cataract and glaucoma caused by cataract after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods Fifty-four(61eyes) with anterior chamber inflammation periocular injection of 5-FU 5 mg and dexamethasone 5 mg,observing the absorption of anterior chamber inflammation.Results Light anterior chamber inflammation of 34 eyes are absorbed completely through periocular injection of 5-FU for three times,q.d.,7 eyes are absorbed through periocular injection of 5-FU continuous for three times,q.o.d..Serious anterior chamber inflammation of 4 eyes are absorbed completely through periocular i injection of 5-FU for three times,q.d.,5 eyes are absorbed through periocular injection of 5-FU continuous for three times,q.o.d.,5 eyes are absorbed through periocular injection of 5-FU continuous for three times,q.o.d..More serious anterior chamber inflammation of 2 eyes are absorbed completely through periocular injection of 5-FU for five times,q.d.,1 eyes are absorbed through periocular injection of 5-FU continuous for three times,3 eyes are absorbed through periocular injection of 5-FU continuous for three times,q.o.d.Conclusion Periocular injection of 5-FU and dexamethasone can promote effectively the absorption of anterior chamber inflammation,and it would not damage cornea with several injections.
