摘要
目的制备符合质量要求的枸橼酸莫沙必利咀嚼片。方法采用湿法制粒工艺制备枸橼酸莫沙必利咀嚼片。选用正交试验优选处方,对优化处方进行溶出、口感检查。结果优选处方制备的枸橼酸莫沙必利咀嚼片质量合格。结论可溶性辅料利于药物的溶出,随粘合剂量的增加可延缓药物的溶出。
Objective To prepare Mosapride Citrate Chewable Tablets. Methods Citrate Chewable Tablets were prepared by wet granulation method. The prescription was optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the dissolution and taste were investigated. Results The quality of Mosapride Citrate Chewable Tablets prepared by optimized prescription was good. Conclusion Soluble excipients were conducive to the dissolution of drugs, and binders delayed the dissolution of drugs.
