枸杞黄芪咀嚼片制备工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以黄芪、枸杞为主料,通过单因素试验、正交试验、响应面分析试验对咀嚼片处方进行筛选与优化。结果表明,枸杞黄芪咀嚼片最佳配方为枸杞黄芪粉添加量54%,矫味剂添加量20.2%,填充剂MCC添加量15%,湿润剂蒸馏水10%,润滑剂硬脂酸镁添加量0.8%。采用优化工艺制备的咀嚼片风味独特,酸甜可口,软硬适中,外表完整光滑。 Using Astragalus membranaceus and Lycium barbarum as main materials,the formulation of chewable tablets was screened and optimized by single factor test, orthogonal test and response surface analysis test. The results showed that the best prescription of Astragalus membranaceus chewable tablet was 54% astragalus membranaceus powder,20.2% flavoring agent,15% MCC filler,10% wetting agent distilled water and 0.8% lubricant magnesium stearate. The chewable tablets prepared by the optimized technology have unique flavor,sweet and sour taste,moderate hardness,complete and smooth appearance.
