关于201项目的400kA大型预焙铝电解槽焙烧启动实践

摘要 根据对201项目的 400 kA大型预焙铝电解槽焙烧启动进行数据分析,可得出曾在焙烧启动过程中发生渗漏的铝电解槽,在二次或三次焙烧启动过程中,虽然整体的焙烧温度偏低,且理论上讲未能够达到理想的焙烧效果,但是仍可以顺利地进行焙烧启动的结论。其焙烧启动后不仅运行效果良好,各项经济技术指标丝毫未受到影响,而且还降低了其焙烧启动的成本与大修成本。 Through carrying on the data analysis with practice of baking start-up for 201 project about 400 kA large scale pre-baked aluminum smelting cell from this paper,it can be drawn the conclusion about leakage of aluminum smelting cell once during baking start-up,during the baking start-up of two or three times,although its baked temperature of entirety are lower and failed to achieve the desired effect of baking in theory,it can be successfully carried on the baking start-up.After its baking start-up,not only its operating results are good,each kind of target for economic and technical are not affected slightly,but also the costs for baking start-up and overhaul are reduced.
