摘要
主要探讨了承钢1号高炉炉壳更换方案,通过比较3种方案的优缺点,最终确定了分段更换的施工方案,此方案方便、易行,节约大修成本,在钢铁企业更换高炉炉壳上具有一定参考价值。
The scheme of replacing the shell of No .1 blast furnace in Chengde Iron and Steel Company was explored in this paper . The construction method of segment replacement was confirmed finally After comparing the merits and drawbacks of three methods . The method is simple and can save cost .It has guiding significance to similar enterprises .
