摘要
酒钢4#高炉自2008年12月15日小修以来,炉况稳定性较差,风口各套频繁破损,造成高炉非计划休减风,极大地影响了炉况顺行和指标进步。进入2009年下半年,高炉通过安装斜风口,并对装料制度进行相应的调整,风口各套破损有所降低,高炉炉况恢复稳定顺行。
Jiuquan iron and steel co.4th blast furnace furnace condition became poor since minor repairs in december 15,2008.Tuyere breakage occurred frequently,causing unscheduled blast furnace repair and reduced wind supply,greatly affects BF operation and process indicators.By installing tuyere and charging system adjustment in the second half of year 2009,,the BF tuyere breakage frequency reduced and furnace condition remain stable.
