摘要
研究不同温度下水蒸汽、CO2及其混合气体焦炭的溶损反应。试验结果表明:焦炭与水蒸汽反应的溶损速度比与CO2反应的快,水蒸汽-CO2组成的混合气体与焦炭发生溶损反应时,随水蒸汽含量增加,焦炭溶损反应速率加快。水蒸汽与焦炭气化起始反应温度在790℃左右,约比CO2的提前50℃。
The influence of H2O-CO2 gas mixture on coke degradation are studied. The experiment result reveals as follows: coke reacts faster with water vapor than CO2. When coke reacts with gas mixture of water vapor and CO2, the degradation speed of coke accelerates with the increasing of water vapor . The reaction of water vapor and coke begins at 790 ℃, 50 ℃ lower than that of CO2 and coke.
