摘要
通过使用宏观观察、金相分析、电镜能谱分析和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等分析手段对某集装箱公司在使用耐候钢B480制作集装箱外箱时发生开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明在带钢厚度中心区域存在<111>、<001>//ND等取向的纯铁素体条带,而条带内的P元素有严重偏析的现象,其质量分数大大高于正常基体组织,以上原因造成铁素体条带组织硬度升高,脆性增大,最后在变形过程中与基体组织变形不协调而发生开裂。
The cracking reason of atmospheric corrosion resistant steel B480 was investigated by using macroscopic observation,metallographic technology,energy spectrum analysis and EBSD technology.The results show that in the middle of the thickness of the steel there exists some ferrite streaky structures,which have orientations of 111,001//ND.The segregation of element P was found in these ferrite streaky structures and its percentage composition was much more than the normal level.The rising hardness and the brittleness of the ferrite streaky structure caused by the reasons mentioned above eventually let cracking event happen because of the deforming inharmony.
